I had a room with Kaaba view, just be aware the Kaaba / al-Haram are a bit off in the distance and partially blocked by another hotel but it is still visible from the room. I can't imagine the prices of the closer hotels 😨 Close and direct access to al-Haram a short walk away
The price. The resto is only open certain hours and I have a weird schedule and eat at weird times so I had to do room service (very expensive) or go to the mall (inconvenient). Otherwise it's beautiful, good hotel and good staff.

Breakfast was repetitive. You should change the menu.
We stayed earlier also, in the evening we recieved a fruit bowl but during our recent visit, there was no fruit bowl provided in the evening. Before check out the bell boy was not available.
