We had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Makkah, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality of your entire team, from the moment we arrived.
A special mention goes to Roua at the Front Desk, the Concierge team, and the Restaurant team, who all contributed to making our stay so pleasant and memorable.
The professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine smiles of your staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
We would happily give you more than 10 out of 10!
Please convey our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who made our experience so enjoyable.
It was also positive:
I would also like to mention an unexpected incident during our stay: the hotel’s fire alarm was activated. We were pleased to see that the alarm system was fully functional and that the emergency exit signs and instructions were clear and well indicated. We followed the evacuation procedure and walked down eight floors before being allowed to use the lifts again.
It was reassuring to see that the hotel’s safety systems and emergency procedures were working properly.

Location was perfect, just few hundreds yards from the Holy Mosque. As a European traveller, I can certify the wide range of breakfast items, which were served in Le Meridian Makkah, some one will find in European five stat hotels.
The manager Nazib welcomed us always with a smile. The waiter Ryhan was sunshine for us everyday, while breakfast.
he was always helping to all guests, smiling ans small talking.

The corridor
The card does not work, but no apology or compensation from the management. I had to see front office twice to get the engineer come. The engineer did not respond quickly when notified by the cleaner.
