The check in was very smooth and the staff was professional at the front desk, a fresh ball of fruits was ready in the room upon arrival and was replenished during our stay. Mr. Haitham at the restaurant was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and always greeted us with a smile.
The cleaning team came once and we requested them to return after one hour as we were getting ready to leave the room but they never returned as a result our room was attended only once at the last day of our three days stay.

The room is very spacious and the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. It was very comfortable to go to after a long day at Al Haram and Umrah totally recommend . big thanks to the receptionist Amjad he is excellent in customer relations.
The drop/pick up point for the golf car is a bit far , it was okay for me however for my mum she had to walk a downhill road and it was tiring . Other than this no comment at all.
