Everything was perfect, except for the walk to the haram.
the walk to the haram is very difficult and tiring for elderly.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Makkah. The entire staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and polite. From the moment I checked in, I received excellent treatment. I especially appreciated the gentleman who assisted me on my first day and kindly guided me to a location where I could see the Holy Kaaba. I unfortunately cannot remember his name, but his kindness made a wonderful first impression.
I would also like to sincerely thank Thamer, who was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff were excellent as well—they always listened carefully to my requests and made sure everything was done properly.
Even the staff member who greeted me every day with a smile and kindly opened the elevator for me added a special touch to my stay. The professionalism, hospitality, and kindness of the entire team made my experience at Sheraton Makkah truly memorable.

The staff were very nice, kind, and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was great. The hotel’s location was also excellent, being conveniently close to Al Haram.
A special thank you to the gracious lady at reception for her warm welcome and for the kind upgrade she provided me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to ask for her name so I could mention her personally, but I truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. 🙏
Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would be happy to come back again.

Location- suited my needs
Speaker in the room super loud. Called reception to ask how to adjust and they informed me they’d send the technician. Took 3 calls for technician to come to the room. He then played with a switch on the wall and told me speaker is off. Turned out he moved it up to maximum volume!!
Place is ok but too expensive, dated furniture, nothing fancy. Price is due to location I expect.
Taxi wasn’t allowed up to the hotel, so had to walk uphill. Be prepared if you have luggage
