The location was excellent and the check in process was incredibly easy, great parking and massive rooms! Bed was comfy and very much appreciated the electric blankets!
Not a massive flaw, but there seemed to be a bit of damp/musty smell in the room, wasn’t overpowering but definitely noticeable.

Size of room was good, we were given a rom with spa bath which was a bonus. Location was quite good able to get dinner just across the road.
Reception not manned had to checkin via code on your phone. We were given room upstairs which we wanted to change due to using a walking stick but was unable to do that due to no staff available. Could not park near the room. Room very dated needs a lot of TLC. Room was at end of poorly lit passage, felt quite uncomfortable staying there. Would not stay again.
