You'll Love: Comfortable King sized bed Central Radium location Professionally designed interior Living Room The living room features a 43" smart TV that is Internet enabled with a premium cable package and Roku TV. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie while the big horn sheep slowly roam by the windows! Kitchen This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Comes with: – Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals. – Serving utensils. – Grilling tongs. – Full set of Knives. – Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers, Blender, Waffle Maker, Popcorn Maker. – We keep it stocked with coffee, tea, salt, and pepper. Bedrooms: We ensure all bedrooms come fully equipped with premium linens and pillows. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: King bed, dresser, closet, attached bathroom, TV with cable Bedroom 2: Queen bed, walk-in closet, private ensuite, attached patio, TV with cable and Roku TV Bedroom 3: Single bed Patio Enjoy the outdoor furniture and test out your grilling skills. The Propane grill will work great all year. Laundry The unit has a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further! 1. Quiet hours are 10 pm until 8 am 2. No Smoking in the complex. Sable Ridge has banned smoking on the property. Smoking will only be permitted outside of the parking lot. 3. No Parties 4. Pets are permitted. Only Non-Shedding dogs are allowed. Please let us know what kind you have. 5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal clothes. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.

This was a great property, very clean and the kitchen set up was fabulous(meaning lots of choices for dishes and cooking tools). The gas for the fireplace was shut off so unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the fireplace on the cooler evenings. Just a note for anyone wanting to stay in the fall/ winter the pool and showers were shut down although one hot tub was still available for use.

We were completing work in Windermere for my oldest boy. This was a quiet, peaceful condo with everything needed to take care of our needs. The host was very helpful and took the time to give details for out stay.

Location was great. Could walk up to main street for coffee, pub, candy! Perfect for our group. Didn’t have time to use pool but it looked very welcoming on a 30 degree day.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay and relax in the Radium area. Also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from this unit. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. We look forward to returning to stay at this property again.
