Amazing Value for price, everything was perfect, the only thing that lacks is a laundry with washer and dryer, but it’s completely understandable for the price, there are a few laundromats at 5 minutes walk from the place.
I highly recommend it!

Great location, close to a subway station and walking distance to many touristic attractions from the city. Good for the price. Lots of space. Beds were ok, not super comfortable, just ok. Host answered very fast all times we needed to contact them. It's ok if you don't spend much time in it and you have internet on your phone.
The check in process is somewhat tricky (a very difficult password in a tricky door, in a building entrance that is difficult to locate). Pay attention because the google maps location sends you to the house next door, not to the right building.
Wi-fi just never worked in our devices, even though the team was very willingful to help through messages.
We also had issues with the shower.
I don't agree with check in at 5pm/check out at 10am. It just doesn't make any sense.
