We were family of five, we stayed 8 nights at Wellstay Hotel, we had five individual beds at the hotel, the beds were comfortable, we all had a good sleep during our stay at Wellstay hotel. Also, the owner of the hotel was very nice, we asked the owner to give us a garbage bag and requested for cleaning, he responded our reply promptly and gave us garbage bag the next day and offered cleaning service as soon as possible. The location of the hotel is excellent. It was very close to the shopping district (Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori) and subway station. The hotel was clean, quiet and safe even we went back to the hotel at midnight. We all had a great stay at Wellstay hotel, we will definitely come back when we visit Osaka again.

Very convenient. Good location. Easy check in and check out. Everything was clean.
The washing machine that they have in the communal area has not been serviced or cleaned in forever, we did a load and it came out stinking, like really bad. Our whole room smelt bad the next day we had to put all our clothes in the coin laundry near by.
