Nice house, nice location, a short drive into the Lake District.

Nice cosy feel, in a great location to explore the Lake District. Lovely town with amazing cafes, some of best coffee and cinnamon buns! It was 3 of us and dog, the size was perfect.
Lack of utensils - we were a group of 3 (property sleeps 4) and there was a lack of plates and cutlery. Just needs a top up of the basics.

Lovely character cottage. Close to the lakes or within short driving distance. Lovely views ! Quiet and homely.
No complaints

Location was brilliant for walks, local cafe was brilliant, shops to hand.
Bins at the back? Could not access through locked gate? Had to drive to find bins.
No fire wood for fire
Cottage freezing on arrival - boiler was set to off on radiators.
Twin bedroom too close the beds together for two teenagers
No washing machine
No working TV
Parking was difficult
We booked for three nights but went home after two nights.
Cottage was clean, bed uncomfortable, cute cottage overall but not up to scratch for the price we paid compared to other cottages we have stayed in.
