The location was fantastic from which to explore southern Tuscany. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. The swimming pool was a lifesaver in the heatwave. The breakfasts were superb and the evening restaurant meals were second to none. Our waiter was wonderful and very accommodating of our choices.
Elena in the Office was exceptional with information.

It had a pool and the restaurant food was good.
Clean and comfortable room.
Had a fan which was good as I could not find any aircon during a pretty hot spell.
This hotel needs a week closed to fix all the little maintenance issues and then it would be a lot better. Nothing major but wobbly pool ladder, overgrown grass, etc
Limited to no wifi is amazing in 2026.

Location, environment, restaurant, staff.
Secluded private property, good for relax. About 1km away from the nearest village with amenities. It was a nice and welcome walk. There are few walking/trekking routes just outside the property.
The rooms are rustic but functional for couple of nights stay, good powerful shower.
Restaurant had a limited menu, but there was still a plenty of choice and the food was beautiful. It was definitely the Quality of meals over the quantity of choice.
All staff were very friendly.
Pool was already closed for the season but this was not updated/advertised. We did plan to spend a day relaxing in the pool. We had to change our itinerary. Not the end of the world, in the end, it worked out well, was just disappointing.
