It felt like being welcomed home. The staff were lovely and the accommodation is quirky with twists and turns. Great location. I regret not booking for more than 1 night. The dinner was so delicious and probably one of the best I have had in Japan. Highly recommend

The place was very nice and clean, and the staff was exceptional. We met a few staff members, and they all went the extra mile. We also ordered dinner, which was just amazing - the best one that we have had in Japan over a 3-week period.
The only thing that was annoying was the green exit light in our room - it made the room very bright even at night. The doors were quite small, so I had to watch my head, but good nonetheless once you get used to it.

Well situated to the castle and shopping street.
Old and outdated. Not quite the cleanliness standards we have experienced in Japan as a whole.
