1. 無論是客廳、餐廳、臥房等空間，都非常寬敞舒適。
2. 去松本站、便利商店等地方，皆在步行十多分鐘的路程，有地利之便。
3. 屋主的溝通管道很順暢，為人也很大方。
自駕停車會比較辛苦，我們週末超過晚間九點想找停車位，有點一位難求，又不慎誤入夜生活區域，受到徘徊路邊的人注目。停隔夜的費用也頗可觀，即使隔天換到屋主推薦的停車場，也是比飯店的停車費還多。

It was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! We particularly enjoyed being able to wash a few things that we wanted to rewear during the trip. The location is great and the hosts are so kind.
