Location was perfect for us as we had car hire, my daughter did try to get a taxi one night from the town and the charge was at 50 euros then they refused to pick up. I would bear this in mind if you are not driving.
As above unable to get taxi to villa if you require one.

Beautiful sea and mountain views, the curved windows were an excellent feature of the property. The property is in a lovely, quiet residential area, with a beautiful landscape. Interhome were quick to respond when we had any issues. Despite being a 10 minute drive into denia town - it was easy to ring and book local taxi services once we had found taxi numbers. The property is split on two levels with a door to each part which worked well for our booking. The 1st level door opens up to a small basic kitchenette with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and the second door which was the main part of the villa had a large bathroom, larger kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, dining table and a large sitting area with ample seating.
No welcome book was provided which made navigating the villa quite tricky ie working dishwasher, finding local taxi numbers and finding good local restaurants that came recommended. When we arrived the pool was filthy and was apparent it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival (full of dead animals and debris at the bottom) interhome did arrange a pool clean after a phonecall. However the whole pool side could of done with a clean. It was full of leaves/debris and cushions from the garden furniture were full of stains. There was also no parasols or bbq despite interhome telling us we needed to clean the bbq and numerous parasol stands by the pool side.

Rauhallinen alue. Vaatii kulkuneuvon jos haluaa villalta poistua.
Uima-allas oli erittäin likainen ja allas alue oli jätetty siivoomatta "entisten" asukkaiden jälkeen. Linnun jätöksiä isot kasat altaassa ja allas alueella. Altaan sohvat täysin homeessa.
Villalta puuttui lähes kaikki oleellinen. Roskapusseja myöden, 2 päivää lomasta vietettiin ilman sähköjä kun villan sähköissä oli ongelmia ja poltti sulakkeit.
Lakanat ja pyyhkeet olivat likaiset.
Sisustus ja villan yleis olemus oli nätti ja rauhallinen sijainti.
