Location & charm of property. Convenient location & easy to get to St Marks Sq, vaporetto etc.
It was hard to find. Also, inflexible with slightly earlier check in after traveling from
Australia for nearly 36 hours.

The location was perfect and much better than staying right in the centre of the city, as Cannaregio was more chilled, local and quiet. The flat was very comfortable, nice beds, clean, hot water, strong WiFi
The only thing to mention, was the fact that the host only spoke to us through the Booking.com chat and not Whatsapp (which meant that we had to open the laptop to talk to him every time)
