Modern apartments in a wonderful location. It's convenient to use a combination lock, not keys.
Not enough towels. There was no towel for feet and face at all. We asked to give us the missing towels, but we refused. Instead of hand soap - diluted shower gel. I don't think it's necessary to save on such trifles.

Дуже хороші та чисті апартаменти. Зручне розташування до паркінгу, магазинів, ресторанів, пляжу. Заселення в апартаменти по інструкції, дуже зручно і легко.
Поряд безкоштовна парковка, та пляж.
Персонал ввічливий, завжди на звʼязку, допоможе з будь якими питаннями.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated with modern furniture. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the rooftop terrace with views over San Andrés is a huge plus.
The specific room amenities in the booking listed "individual air conditioning for each accommodation," which was a key reason we booked. However, upon arrival the AC didn't work, and when we contacted management via WhatsApp, we were simply told it was "not available at the moment" as if that was expected, with only a standing fan offered as a solution. Since we stayed during a very hot time of the year (reaching around 28°C inside), we had to sleep with open windows, which barely helped and made it very noisy. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the evenings was too slow to use comfortably.
