About this cottage rental
Tranquility in the country! Sleeps up to 4, fully supplied kitchen, electric heat, A/C, 30+ miles north of Pittsburgh. Note: Two horses sometimes stay in stalls in the lower level. We are used to horses and 90% of our guests love having them nearby. We have isolated the basement from the living area using insulation and plastic sheeting. However, if you have horse-hair allergies or are very sensitive to farm odors, you may wish to stay elsewhere. Barbara

This cottage was great! Everything was exactly as listed and even more beautiful! Such a cool experience to see the horse hanging out in the back. It was close enough to the city to catch a baseball game & close to the parks we came to explore.

This VRBO is okay, but not great. And location is kind of neat with a pond and pasture. However the vrbo itself has some issues, the whole place smelled like animal urine and the shower was pretty moldy. Its fairly dated, but inknew that from the photos, I just expected a bit more cleanliness. Also the locks on the doors are hilariously weak.
