The restaurant is by far the best feature. Fabulous food! Polite staff. The room rates are good value for money. It is a small hotel and outside of the restaurant hours it is very peaceful. Our room had a great big terrace. Pool is a bonus.
Our room was on the ground floor next to reception and opposite the front door which also leads to the restaurant. The restaurant is open till late which means it is very noisy. Impossible if you want to turn in early. The parking in general in the area is a problem. The hotel has a few parking spots but it gets very crazy when outside visitors come to the restaurant.

The view is stunning! It is visible from the pool area as well as from the restaurant and the rooms.
Both facilities are great! The menü is special, the restaurant is very luxurious.
Staff was very polite and nice!
The location is not comfortable but for a few days it is not a high price to pay.
The building is historical but old, you can see that on some parts.
The junior suite was spacious, but not well furnitured. The simple IKEA stuff does not fit to the building.
The AC needs cleaning it had a very bad smell.

The hotel is charmingly decorated, the dinner is excellent. At the chef's restaurant level, and the breakfast is also excellent.The rooms are big and suitable for staying of few days. The view from the hotel is amazing and overlooks the entire bay.
The area is in the mountains, so if you planned a beach activity, you will have to drive about 10-15 minutes to the beach. There are no nets on the windows, so various types of flying insects come in, it was not a problem for us but could be for some people. The bed is not wide enough for people who are used to queen or king size beds.

Sonja, the owner, was lovely, check in was easy and she apologized that we had a smaller room but that really didn't matter since it was just one night. The pool was lovely and refreshing, the location on the hill was peaceful with beautiful views and the food, wine, and staff at the restaurant (we ate on the terrace) were all exceptional! Our only regret was that we didnt book a longer stay.
It was perfect.
