By the pool, enjoy the Weber gas grill, fire pit, and the “hang loose” lanai with a wet bar and TV. This back yard set up will ensure you enjoy every last minute of the sun. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is .2 miles (5 minute walk) from the 16th Ave Beach Access Park and open floor plan with a shuffleboard table and a great nook seating area to enjoy your favorite book! With the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen being together, it makes any activity a family moment to remember. BTR #2147 We provide everything you’ll need: Beach wagon filled with 4 Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. Fully-equipped Kitchen: fridge/freezer, range, microwave, drip coffee maker, family-size toaster and all the pots, pans and utensils you’ll need for creating memorable meals together. Living and Family room TV’s are 70” smart TVs with Roku’s Primary Bedroom: Queen Bed| Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed – 1 Full on bottom and 1 Twin Bed on top | Living Room Sofa Sleeper: Queen Bed | Family Room Sofa Sleeper: Queen Bed PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles). No street parking will be allowed. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer, iron & ironing board Within easy walking distance to everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The beach is less than .2 miles away (5 minute walk) and Within a short walk in either direction, you will find: A nearby shopping plaza with an ice cream shop, coffee shop, seafood restaurant, bait shop, yoga and massage studio, nail salon, and barber shop. Nekton Surf shop - SUP, kayak & bike rentals, plus great beachwear and gifts. Excellent local dining within a short walk or golf cart ride - Salt Public House, Pajano’s Pizza & Subs, Guppy’s, Keegan’s, Chicago Jaqx, TJ’s Convenience store with large selection of wine, beer, seltzers, sodas, snacks and grab-n-go foods. Things to do: Beach…of course! Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve Kolb Park - playground, basketball courts, skate park, pickleball, and tennis courts. Water excursions are available at Clearwater Beach Marina and John’s Pass Village. Dolphin cruises, Snorkeling Trips, Island hopping, Jet ski and Boat rentals, Parasailing, Pirate Ship, Speedboat Tours. Other things to note We provide 4 beach towels. Plus there’s a beach cart loaded with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Please do not put fish in the cooler. FREE use of 4-Seat Golf Cart that is included in your stay (must show valid license and agree to lease terms). You can drive it to restaurants, take gear to the beach, or just cruise in the side streets of Indian Rocks Beach! The golf cart is not permitted on Gulf Boulevard or any other major roadways. Must be returned in same or better condition. Golf cart is equipped with an airtag/GPS monitoring. You may receive notifications on your phone/device. We will not tolerate disrespectful behavior of any kind. All Indian Rocks Beach Ordinances must be followed. If we are cited due to you not following the city ordinances, we will charge the fine amount to you at your expense. We spend several weeks a year at our property and expect guests to treat our space with integrity. Keyless entry – arrive when you like with no worries about picking up or dropping off keys. AIRPORT: PIE St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (12 miles/22 min ride) NO SMOKING OR VAPING NO PETS ARE ALLOWED If you are smoking in the space or bring a pet, you will be asked to leave immediately. Heated pool is not a hot tub. Water temperature will be around 82 degrees. It has a heat pump heater and does take some time to heat up if additional heating is required. SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION: - Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device at both exterior doors and pool area - exterior security camera facing the outdoor. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed No smoking or electronic cigarettes (vaping) No pets allowed No events, parties, or large gatherings Quiet hours between 10 PM - 7 AM Must be at least 25 years old to book Please report any damages that occurs

I am the type of person that agonizes about where to stay and looks at a hundred listings and then worries I picked the wrong one. If you’re one of those people then just save yourself some time and book this one. We had 4 adults and a 2, 3, 4, and 5 year old. We felt like there was something for everyone. We never even used the golf cart because we were so close to everything, but it was nice to have the option. This was the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in.

We had such an amazing time that we are already planning our next stay. This house was the perfect getaway. Perfect combination of quiet neighborhood and lots of options within walking distance. You can cook or you can eat out. You can stay at your own pool or head just a few short feet to the ocean. It was spotless and just as the photos showed. We didn’t want to leave but excited we get to go back.

The house was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic!! Very responsive before and after our stay, and quick to reply, accommodating our requests without hesitance. The location was perfect for access to the IRB and local restaurants. Having the golf cart was a huge plus. We were happy to have the use of the beach wagon, chairs, and toys. Pool water was on the cold side so was not used as much as we would have liked. Will stay again!

This property is beautiful, everything was clean, labeled, and they had plenty of supplies such as cooking utensils, towels, and beach necessities. We had absolutely no issues with our stay, the pool was a bit too cold to enjoy our first morning so I texted the owner, she responded within 30 minutes, and had someone out to adjust the heating settings with in a few hours. This is, hands down, the best stay Ive experienced using VRBO. 10000000/10 for us.

Great place to stay that worked really well for our young family. The proximity to the beach and park was great and the rental had everything we needed to tote two kids and the available beach gear to the beach. Backyard space was awesome. Perfect for afternoon hangouts. Would definitely stay again.

This house and location is amazing. Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for our entire family. The golf cart was perfect for the trips to the beach or nightly ice cream run. Close to several restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to anything. Thanks for an enjoyable week.

Sometimes you see a posting online and the reality doesn't live up to the posting. That was NOT the case with this amazing home in Indian Rocks Beach! The property owners have thought of everything - including labeling kitchen drawers, providing beachgear, and, perhaps most importantly, HOOKS!!! I always feel like hooks are in short supply at rentals, hotels, etc. Not the case here! We loved the location, and definitely the use of the golf cart, which we loaded up and took to the beach and used to get ice cream nearby each evening. The pool was amazing after a hot day at the beach, and we loved the umbrella built into the pool. The outdoor shower was the nicest we've used and the screened in lanai with TV was much enjoyed. I not only want to stay here again, but I want to LIVE here. Thank you for making our first visit to IRB perfect!

For us, this was exactly what we were looking for, and more. The house was very clean and comfortable. the pool and outdoor shower were really nice. We loved the golf cart and proximity to beach and other shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed and it was a great week!

My family stayed in this beautiful home for a week, and it was absolutely wonderful. Lots of updates, everything was so new and clean, perfect location to everything including the beach, and the pool was AMAZING! My kids (11 and 14) practically lived in the pool for the entire week. The lanai was great for having lunch during a pool break. I'm picky, and I have zero complaints. If I have to list something to improve upon, the house could use some drawer storage in the bedrooms for unpacking clothes, but the closets were great with ample hangers and suitcase racks. Great communication with the host - everything was seamless. Thank you for a memorable family vacation! We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location for our family! We have teenagers and young adults in our immediate family and our 17 year old son said this was the best vacation in a long time. He enjoyed riding his bike to the park (that was a block away) or the beach. We are considering bringing just our family back next year. Only issue was no dishwasher and the step up to the back room and laundry room. My Mother-in-law fell in the laundry room coming down with a load of laundry. She was fine but still scary when it happened. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely be back.

This property was the absolute best place I have ever stayed at. A beautiful home with a beautiful pool and just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach! The owners and property manager was also the best I have ever worked with! I will book this property again for sure!

This updated home has it all. The brand new pool area was exceptional. The 4 seater golf cart was a pleasant bonus. Only critique would be that for a house that can accommodate such a large group, the 2nd bathroom was tight, the kitchen very small, and we longed for a dishwasher, lol. Overall, would highly recommend this spacious, close-to-the-beach property, as well as its very pleasant and communicative owners.
