About this condo rental
Located in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for $420 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Beach front, recently remodeled and tastefully decorated in modern minimalist decor, Reef Club 111 (AKA "Sunshiny Day") offers every amenity from home. It is 20-25 minutes away from the Clearwater airport and also easily accessible to "road warriors." Working remotely? You'll love the full size desk and adjustable office chair! Take advantage of several restaurants within easy walking distance, or rent a bike or paddle board and enjoy the outdoors and sunshine! At the end of the day, enjoy sleeping in rooms with blackout window treatments for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well supplied with a full size coffee maker as well as a Keurig, a whistle kettle for tea, chef knives, Mikasa china, and every tool you will need to prepare meals should you choose to do so, including a large Crockpot, blender and mixer. Plan ahead and order groceries online and pick-up from the nearby Publix grocery stores, or the Neighborhood Walmart on Ulmerton. Our goal is to exceed expectation, so a lot of thought has gone into providing what you need to transition seamlessly from home to being at home at the beach. We love family time, and in this condo grandparents and parents and grandkids can spend time together. We offer two king sized beds with different levels of firmness, so our guests can "Goldilocks" the beds and find just the right one. Down pillows are furnished in the master bedroom. The second bedroom offers the full-sized desk and office chair. The third bedroom features a twin daybed and trundle that can be stored when not in use. Each bedroom has its own TV and we subscribe to the Spectrum sports package, so you get everything but the Premium movie channels. Purchases are disabled, and Amazon Prime and Netflix streaming are provided free. If you wish to rent a movie and stream from your own laptop, there is a spare HDMI cable in the entertainment center for that. Or bring your own streaming stick with the apps you have! Enjoy sound with a 2.1 sound bar. I like raising the bar. The living room and master offer generous views of the Gulf, but we we have a quiet neighbor just to the right of our view and some palm trees that remind us we are in FL. When on the porch, or from the Master, the views of the Gulf are lovely and plenty. The living room also has a pullout sofa-bed with a memory foam mattress--not the sofa bed we slept on when we were kids! And since this is an end unit, it is bright and cheerful, and the hurricane rated windows provide a quiet interior to enjoy relaxing and resting, or working remotely if needed. Enjoy your private stairway to the ground level so you can go straight out to the pool or beach, or take your food directly to the grill without waiting for an elevator. You have a designated parking space a few steps away from the staircase, and a storage closet directly at the bottom of the staircase filled with beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas, and toys for kids of all ages to enjoy. We also provide beach towels. Leave yours home. Pack up your suitcase with clothes and flip flops and a few toiletries and you'll be good to go! We also are dog friendly for one dog under 25 lbs, and of non-shedding breed (needs to be clipped regularly). No exceptions since we have family members who are allergic to pet dander. Thank you for understanding. Want to rent another condo to accommodate a larger number of guests? We own Reef Club 104 as well (property number 2222142), and if the dates are open, we can do that for you. Both units are equipped with Ring Door Cams, an essential part of being able to personally manage our own properties. We arrange furniture delivery, confirm guest’s deliveries, warn guests of suspicious activity with these cameras. It’s all good! Please note: owner is not liable for injury related to use of balcony stairs, or use of flotation devices not Coast Guard approved for use in the ocean. Please carefully monitor children at all times.

We loved this property! My family of 6 stayed here for the week. Loved it being on the first floor of the complex and having the back stairs to go to the pool and beach. Great pool and hot tub. The water was like bath water and my kids found sand dollars on the first night there. The property was very clean and spacious. Loved that it had beach chairs and umbrellas! No issues while we were there

My family which included 9 adults and 3 kids stayed in rooms 104 and 111 for a week. Both places very clean. Kitchens had all the essentials for us to cook dinner every night. We brought our beach essentials but both units had chairs, beach toys, etc. We have stayed at Reef Club previously so knew what to expect with the amenities on site. There is a pool, tennis court and grill area and easy access to the beach. They did add a grassy area with yard games since we were there last. Saralee was also quick to respond with questions and made sure we had all instructions to access units and parking passes prior to our arrival. It was a very relaxing vacation. Looking forward to return again in the future!

This was an incredible vacation! The condo was beautiful, very nice location. Owners easy to work with. The pool was nicer than expected (pictures didnt do it justice), and the beach was very close. Coded gate to go in and out of pool, beach areas.The tennis/pickleball court was fun. It was all we wanted and more! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

The property and owner were amazing. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The beach and the IRB area is very cute and cozy. Teenagers had a blast on the beach and walking to shops and local restaurants. Cannot wait for our return trip.

The condo was perfect. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed and very convenient to pool and beach on first floor. The surrounding area has a variety of restaurants. Largo golf course is only 2 miles away. Saralee the condo owner met us on move in and was extremely helpful and most generous. She was fantastic!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The condo is very clean and very well stocked. Didn't need to purchase much, just some extra TP and paper towels. The items stocked in the unit are good products too, not cheap ones you typically find in most condos. Name brand cookware, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. I was very impressed with that. The view of the ocean isn’t the best; but does work. Okay, to the things I did not like. First, the spiral staircase, the dehumidifier and the temp setting on the nest. The staircase was convenient as it leads you straight to the balcony of the room. It just worried me after a few too many we could slip. My biggest complaint is the temp setting on the nest. The owner has it set between 72-78 which isn't unreasonable; however, she also requires a dehumidifier to run which blows out hot air causing the living room to be even hotter. Every time we returned back to the condo; the temp of the room was at 76-78 and it took HOURS to cool to 73 let alone 72. I have to sleep cold so needless to say, I didn't sleep well during our stay. There were days I didn't run the dehumidifier and that seemed to help. I always made sure to keep the drapes on the sliding door of balcony shut to avoid the heat from the sunlight. I do understand why property owners do this; however, it is July in Florida. Maybe reconsider moving the lowest temp setting to 70-75 during the hottest months of the year. So, if you are like me, and have to sleep cold I wouldn't recommend staying here. If I had known this about the thermostat, I wouldn't have booked. Maybe consider listing this requirement on your booking because once its booked and you receive the welcome letter from the owner, it is too late to cancel. Also, I was asked by the owner to let an inspector in to look at a water heater and was told he would be there from 8-12. I didn't mind doing this; however, I thought it was rude to ask this of me. He came closer to 9 than noon which was great so I didn't waste my entire morning waiting on him. She does provide you with a snack box which helped keep my 10-year-olds cravings at bay; so, I did appreciate that. She also provides you with a $15.00 gift card for Publix which again, is great. Lastly, I encountered an issue booking through VRBO and was charged twice for the $59.00 renters’ insurance. I never did receive a refund on I never did receive a refund on the double charge. This is probably a VRBO issue, not the owners however I wanted to address that as well.

Pleasant Experience
Ms. Saralee was very responsive and attentive! The condo was well appointed with everything needed for our stay! We grilled a couple of nights and the grills are in the common area and all we had to do was bring our food and light the gas grill with the fire starter already at the grills! Would definitely stay again ☀️😀

This property is just what you need for your vacation. It is clean and centrally located. The host is phenomenol- very clear and quick communication! The property is equipped with basically anything you might need for your stay. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, with Clearwater and John's Pass just about 15-20 minutes away in either direction. My mom and I brought two teenagers, a five year old and a 3 year old. The property is just perfect for a family. As the host said, just bring close and some personal toiletries and you're all set. There is a storage closet that has all types of sand toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. No need to buy any of that. The pool is just steps away and the beach is just steps away from that. I highly recommend this property and this host. We'll be back, that's for sure.

It has it all!!
Fabulous condo, great location and beautiful beach sunsets, could you ask for more? We loved the easy access of the stairway from the balcony and the great restaurants just down the beach! Saralee was also a wonderful hostess thoughtful and responsive!!

This property was perfect. We packed way too much because the condo had everything we needed. The beach was fabulous. The beds were comfortable. Saralee was extremely attentive and responsive to my many questions. The area was just busy enough to be fun but not so crowded to be annoying. We will definitely be back to stay at this condo. We didn't want to leave!

The view is fabulous! You can see the gulf from the master, family room, and kitchen. It was such a joy to wake up to that view each morning and the gorgeous sunset in the evening. The complex has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, bbq grills, friendly guests and just a few steps to the beach, doesn’t get any better! There is a trolley that will take you north to Clearwater and south to St. Pete’s for a small fee, very handy if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive. Also, there are several restaurants, shops within walking distance, and a dog park across the street. Speaking of dogs, this condo is dog friendly which was a bonus since I brought my dog. I traveled here alone with my dog and I felt very safe and welcomed by the community. My family and friends that visited were equally impressed with the condo and area. I thoroughly enjoyed my month long stay, hope to return, and highly recommend! It was wonderful!

We were all impressed with the very well stocked kitchen (plenty of good quality utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and baking sheets), laundry, and bathrooms! There were plenty of good quality bath towels and beach towels! The spacious storage closet had many beach chairs, umbrellas, and even beach toys for those with small children. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens and pillows. Location was perfect - right on the beach with easy access to the main road and restaurants. We had a wonderful and easy breezy vacation and would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely condo! We will definitely stay here on our next vacation to Florida!
