Aside from the freezer and hot water issues, it was a comfortable convenient place to stay.

Comfortable studio apartment. Great location. We would stay there again.

Refrigerator freezer was frozen solid. It needed to be defrosted or chiseled out. We had no hot water from Tuesday to Friday. We reported it on Wednesday and the host had a plumber out that day and was informed a new water heater was ordered. (In the interim we were told we could shower at the health club adjacent to the property.) It was supposed to be installed on Thursday but we had no water at all when we returned Thurs. evening. We let the host know the situation and a plumber came out to turn the water on. The new water heater was installed on Friday.
