Bright, comfortable and spacious. Lovely decor with lots of books and plants, and original fireplaces - the perfect vibe! Well-equipped kitchen too. Good location, nice quiet leafy area with shops and cafes nearby and only a 15-minute walk to the cathedral. Didn’t need to use the car at all, but it was good to have free parking round the back.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment. Loads of space and light in every room. Spotlessly clean and very well thought out. Super comfortable, its like a home away from home. Very quiet and easy to find. Right near the centre and about a 10 minute walk from the Sands centre. We live in Scotland and visit Carlisle regularly. And have now found our place to stay in the future.

We were absolutely blown away by this property! It’s like the architects took a page from the book of “How to Make Guests Never Want to Leave” and nailed it. The kitchen was so well-equipped. The bedrooms were so comfortable, I considered moving in permanently and starting a new life as a Lake District resident. The bathroom was so delightful too. And those door stoppers were The cutest little things. We were genuinely sad to leave after just one night. It’s like finding out your favourite TV show got cancelled after one season. This property didn’t just make our trip; it was the trip! If it’s ever available again, we’ll be booking it faster than usain bolt runs a 100m. Just a heads up: you might end up wishing you were living there too.
