The location was perfect. The bonus was having the onsite onsen including an outdoor one on the rooftop.

The central location, easy going attentive staff, restaurant facility and free breakfast after my second night, shuttle bus service to station, large well lighted room with good amenities incl free Wi-Fi , open bath area, having to remove shoes and use slippers in premises, and overall value for money.

Staff were friendly. Onsen was good
1. There are no stairs available, which may be challenging for guests traveling with elderly family members.
2. The walls are incredibly thin, we literally could hear everything. Our neighbor was noisy from midnight until 2 a.m. , kept banging the wall and the floor plus ridiculous unnecessary shouting. Drunk for sure.
The front desk did not answer our calls. Ended up knocking their door to ask them to tone down.
It was frustrating to have to handle the situation ourselves.
