De accomodatie zelf is prachtig. De tuinen zijn mega mooi verzorgd en kleurrijk. Je komt in een oase van rust. Overdag is het geweldig om aan het zwembad te liggen tussen de prachtige natuur en ‘s avonds kan je genieten van een heerlijk diner tussen de lichtjes. Je stapt precies in een sprookje als de lichtjes het hele domein verlichten. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en heel lekker. Op de middag kan je lunchen en je kan een hele dag door drankjes of ijsjes bestellen. In de avond heb je meestal de optie om deel te nemen aan het diner. Dat maken ze vers met groenten uit eigen tuin en is echt overheerlijk. Ik vroeg om eventueel de laatste avond te dineren bij hun. Ze hebben gevraagd wat we graag eten en de menu aangepast aan onze voorkeuren. De eigenaresse is een mega lieve behulpzame vrouw en de rest van het personeel is ook mega lief. De kamer was meer dan in orde. Zalig bed, een grote tv waar je u gsm mee kan verbinden, goede douche en elke dag verse handdoeken. Elke dag als we terug kwamen van ons ontbijt was de kamer direct opgeruimd en opgemaakt. Zalig verblijf en wij komen zeker terug!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dimora dei Semplici. The property is beautiful during the day, but at night it becomes truly magical, with all the lights creating such a warm and enchanting atmosphere. It feels peaceful, intimate and authentically Puglian.
One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the cooking class with Elena and Michelina. Learning how to make traditional Puglian focaccia was such a special experience. It was so much more than a cooking lesson — it was a wonderful introduction to the traditions, flavours and genuine hospitality of Puglia. Elena and Michelina made us feel so welcome, and their warmth and passion made the experience incredibly memorable.
The beautiful surroundings, the pool, the attention to detail and especially the kindness of the entire staff made our stay unforgettable. There is something very special about this place. It was one of those experiences that truly captured the spirit of our trip through Italy, and we would return without hesitation.
