Het was schoon, ruim, comfortabel. De eigenaar zorgde voor voldoende water en de locatie was perfect. Het huis is voorzien van airco, maar vaak hadden we dat niet eens nodig. Onder het huis was een koele buitenruimte met een goed werkende wasmachine.

La casa es para 2 personas, la verdad contaba con todo tipo de detalles, un 10 en absolutamente todo, completamente céntrica, nos hizo la estancia super cómoda , al principio nos costó un pelín encontrar bien la ubicación exacta, pedírsela que os la pase exactamente antes de llegar y no tendréis problema, pero os aseguro que no es para nada ninguna pega. Un 10 en todo, sin duda si volvemos a chiang rai algún día nos hospedaremos aquí.

We enjoyed the house and the facilities. Everything was very comfortable. The internet was very good and we were able to get some work done.
The location. The place was hard to find and the tuk tuk driver had to call the host to get directions from the bus station. There were not many restaurants or grocery stores in the area.

- house is absolutely lovely and I would recommend staying there several nights.
- neighbourhood is quiet residential area, however, on Friday night you could hear loud music travelling from restaurants located elsewhere.
- house was spotless and everything looked in good condition.
- comfortable mattress and pillows.
- kitchen was reasonbly equipped, however, I was concerned how washing dishes is done with only cold water (I boiled water in order to keep good hygiene).
- there was a little mishab in reservation, but I always appreciate professional attitude of how the situation is rectified.
- location was very good for me (I had a motorbike). It is 20-25min walk from the center.
All good.
