Very nice place to stay, clean and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely, including in the bar and restaurant.
It was very difficult to find as Applemaps and Google do not recognise the pedestrian bridge that makes it an easy walk. Taxis are unable to get close. This wouldn't be an issue if instructions were provided by the hotel prior to check in. Also check in is all automated which makes it a concern when arriving late.

I have stayed at Rooms25 many times, partly due to its proximity to work; but the hotel is good for tourists as well. It's very close to Bimhuis (one of the best jazz halls in Europe), and to Muziegebouw (a concert hall). The restaurant, which was good, has changed the menu and it's even better. Quiet location, far from the crowded touristic city center, but only about 15-20 minutes walk from the central station.
Summer is difficult in Room25, because the hotel doesn't have AC, only a portable vertical fan that, well, doesn't help much in warm nights.

The property was in a good location (although don’t use maps from central station there is a short cut which makes it just 10 minutes walk).
Check in was easy (once we had the details).
The room was a good size for a family, was clean and comfy beds although there were no frills.
Communication prior to staying.
The day after the balance was due on Booking.com we were sent a message saying that they didn’t serve breakfast as the restaurant was permanently closed. This gave us no option to cancel our stay and look for alternatives.
After contacting the hotel many times about arriving after 5pm when there would be no staff to let us into the building or check us in I heard nothing from them until an automated message on the day of arrival. As a family with two primary school aged children arriving from in the dark into an unknown city this made us uneasy knowing if we would face somewhere to stay.
