The host was friendly, calm and nice to me
The house was clean the room clean as well with a tv and a fast WiFi enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend to my family and friends

Great location, bus route right outside. Good size room and clean. Saw reviews about the heating but this came on in the evening when it was colder so all fine there.
Only thing that wasn’t great was the bed was against the wall where the shower was on the other side which made an awful sound in the morning every time someone would shower which woke us up very early several times.
We didn’t receive the check in info before we arrived as it said we would, did have to call a couple of times to get through to someone to get the code but once I got through they were fast in sending the code and really friendly.

The property is in a quite environment and the property is neat and comfortable, the bathroom and the toilet are very clean
The heater in my room was working and it was very cold . I tried putting it on but it didn’t work.

地理位置很合适，周边有商铺，离伯明翰大学很近，但整体又很安静；厨房有冰箱，可以冷藏和冷冻食物，有微波炉。
网络很不好，时常连不上；厨房不整洁；房间布置很单调，灯太暗了；卫生间和厨房的垃圾清理不及时。展示图里的房间是最大的，但要做好分配到小房间的准备。
