Situated in Flamingo Lummus, this charming house for $116 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: LOCATION: Just a block away from Ocean Drive and the beach The Alamac by Roami is where you want to be for your time in South Beach. When you're done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, bars, and restaurants that are all within walking distance. The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 4 guests in 2 beds and 2 guests on a sofa bed. The TV is located in the living room. See bed count below. - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. AMENITIES: The property has an outdoor pool. The beach is also just one block away. Each apartment is equipped with its own in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary detergent. PARKING: On-site parking is not available at this property. There is paid public parking lot in front of the building. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1000 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: Flamingo Lummus Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Elevator: The elevator is under maintenance. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we’re here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don’t need us, we’ll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

My buddies and I came for my 21st bday. When we arrived we were unable to check in until 4 pm which was fine, but we went to the office to drop off our bags, we waited outside the office for 45 minutes as nobody was in the office until 8:45. I had communicated that we would be utilizing the office as well, and nobody gave me the code for the office door. Same thing happened when we came back the same day to retrieve our bags. Over all the communication was extremely poor, but everything else about our stay was great.
