Great place to stay in general, great value for money

The room was very pretty, especially the balcony. Bed was BIG and comfy we loved it a lot. Really close to the beach, free chairs at the beach, towels and bicycles were a nice bonus. Staff was helpful

No lobby where you can actually chill, no pool

Fint hotell, hyggelig betjening.

Fin beliggenhet, kan benytte basseng på taket på søsterhotellet, gratis utleie av sykler. To solsenger på stranden inkludert. Rommene var helt OK, bodde på rom med terrasse, fint å sitte på kveldstid å se på Miami-livet.

only cold water in the shower. Tried to reach someone at the desk from the phone on the website, no-one ever picked up. tried may be 10 times over 2 hours especially because I also wanted to do a late checkout and I was out on a meeting, still no answer. tried to reach someone by way of writing online as they send a message saying 'chat with us' no-one answered. Also not sure why the suite is called a suite, as there is not even a chair to sit on in addition to the beds. The restaurant at the entrance does create a certain smell at lobby. The pool is not in this hotel but the hotel across from the street which is apparently owned by same ownership.

Super cool vibe to the place . Dillion check us in hotel and was so helpful. He had a map and guided us on where to go t

Great location for shopping and food. Super cool atmosphere! Get help from Dillion who showed us fun stuff to do around area.

Fab stay in nice hotel with amazing staff

Great property centrally located rooms lovely and the welcome we received from the young guy on reception forgot his name (but he lived in uk for a while ) was amazing so helpful and friendly.

Propreté, qualité de la literie Amabilité du personnel Localisation, proche de la mer

Chambre très petite : peu de place pour circuler autours des 2 lits Serviettes prévues pour 2 personnes alors que l’on est 4. Accueil de l’hôtel qui tient plus d’un placard Ça ne ressemble pas à du 4 étoiles , en équivalent français ce serait un 2*

Sijainti oli loistava, lähellä rantaa ja kauppoja. Vastaanotto oli erittäin ystävällinen. Huone oli kolmelle pienehkö, mutta riittävä.

5 min. zum Strand 🏝️ . Im Grunde alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Bei Interesse kann man den Pool des Partnerhotels nützen.

Good hotel

The beach access was amazing. We liked the big windows in the room and the comfortable bed.

It is very hard if not impossible to get a bicycle. All the facilities are in the sister hotel. We know this but never really used the pool because it is not very convenient.

Good location, clean and comfortable but parking price not included

The hotels location was very convenient, just few blocks from the beach.

Even when he hotel said it has parking and it did it wasn’t explicit they will charge us 50 USD for parking, that increased the total spent for the night

Nice break before the cruise.

Calm and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Access to beach towels and beach chairs for free was greatly appreciated. The room was available early (at our arrival).

La ubicación

La pieza de dos camas grandes es muy pequeña, casi no queda espacio entre la cama y el muro, menos para dejar maletas de cuatro personas. El piso estaba sucio, el enchufe para cargar los celulares no funcionaba. El personal no es nada atento. Las sillas de playa que están incluidas son solo 2 por habitación aunque sean 4 huéspedes los que se estén alojando. El segundo día a las 7:00 am explotó un generador del hotel y quedamos sin aire acondicionado, sin agua caliente, sin luz y sin ascensores. Una pesadilla. Nos dijeron que era algo de la ciudad, sin embargo éramos el único hotel sin luz. Estar dentro de la habitación era imposible sin aire acondicionado. Finalmente fuí al Urbanica Fifth ( el hotel principal de Urbanica que esta al frente de Urbanica The Euclid) y Franco de la recepción fue muy amable e intento solucionar nuestra situación, fue el único que se dio el tiempo de buscar una solución. Muchas gracias a Franco por su amabilidad y disposición.

excellent location. good staff. the property provided access for roof pool, was very nice

we expected breakfast. It was written in the booking that breakfast time 8-11 confused us as we understood in the property that breakfast does not exist. The room is small for 2 beds.

The room was clean and very well placed (it had a balcony - you will pay more for the balcony). The big problem was with the cleanliness. We stayed for 5 days and no one came to change the towels, the bed linen, to even throw away the trash. Only on the last day, after we spoke at the reception, did they come, although they did not change the towels. Very good location, close to the beach and the bus station.

The cleaning department. On the last day I also ran out of toilet paper. It isn't normal.

Modern chic hotel, great location, great service

Whole hotel decor modern and chic, including rooms. Rooms decent size, with decent size balcony. Large comfy king size bed takes up most of the room space. Table and two chairs on balcony. Efficient air conditioning with accessible controls for personal adjustment. Pod style coffee machine and fridge for drinks. Beach towels and beach beds included with hotel, just had to pay extra for a parasol. Beach staff were very helpful and friendly. Likewise hotel reception staff; excellent service from both Pedro and Felipe with all our various questions. They arranged for a taxi for us who was also excellent. Valet parking also prompt. Beach and SoBe nightlife only 8mins walk. Best hotel experience on our holiday. Highly recommend.

Daily clean of the room is not included. This is something that should be mentioned before booking the room. Shower draining pipe did not work correctly Never had enough available beach towels Parking of the hotel too much expensive comparing with other parkings of the zone (noticed once contracted).

Good stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was good. Restaurant was a nice touch and food was amazing.

Could have been a llittle cleaner when we arrived. Dirt on walls. Sheets and bathroom were okay.

Awesome

The staff was great. Fredirico was an awesome host and everyone was extremely helpful. It’s close enough to the beach and you can go anywhere from there. Felt really safe!

I thought they had breakfast. On there it said they had breakfast but looking at it afterwards it said breakfast to-go containers. Seems a little deceiving but it’s okay because they are close to a lot of really good breakfasts spots!
