Property is in a great location however it needs updating.
Great location for South Beach.
Entrance and exterior were poor, needs a full refurbishment in the communal areas and there was dog poo outside. The water pressure was non existent.

Reception was super nice.
The booking was switched with out my leave I was offered another property for 600 more a night that the owner later listed for 500 it was a very seedy transaction.

The location was great and close to the beach at a walking distance.
The checkin process was very unorganized waited a good while for her to be at the receptionist office to pick up the keys. The main lobby had a weird smell.

Great Apartment Close to Beach and Clubs
The host was amazing with customer service and care. I am not going to like when I got outside the building I was like what I signed up for but the apartment was clean and nice. My brother and I both had separate rooms with separate bathrooms which I loved the most. The apartment was close to the beach walking distance and in the middle of everything on Ocean Drive. The extra fee was because we rented a car but the host was very accommodating helping us with parking which allowed us to park through out miami (Overall, you dont need a car if staying on South Beach).
The front of the building was a little creepy and the lobby had this weird smell but overall the apartment was great.

Great location at a very good price.
Lin, the person in charge of the apartment was SO nice and attentive! The welcome basket. The kitchen is small but has all you might need. Location, location, location.

Had a great stay for my birthday.
The property was just like the pictures. I love the location. Very nice apartment.
Was mostly great but I dislike how I tried to check in 40 min early and the lady said it’ll cost $30-40. And on the day I was suppose to check out the cleaning lady just walked into the apartment. It was a lil less than an hour before regular check out time but I had already asked for a late check out when I checked in so technically I still had almost two hours before we had to go . I was still in bed and didn’t appreciate that . And more fees like $30-40 an hour if you wanted late check out.
