The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and things that we didn't but others might. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, and other kitchen items for cooking and eating. They were cleaning products in case you didn't need to clean something. They do provide some shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There are extra sheets and pillows for the fold out couch and chair. This is not a fancy building or apartment but it is clean, has everything you could need, and is in a good location close to the beach.
The bed was very soft and not supportive, but even as someone with some back issues it was okay for 3 nights. If you are not good at parking in tight spots or have a large vehicle you will want to park in the city parking garage not here. It was fine for us, but just an fyi for others.

Location was awesome; close to beach, restaurants and other activities.
Only needed some clothing pins to hang wet clothes. This is a minor inconvenience.

Location
Outdated, needs reparing (shower and bath), replacing (broken furniture, broken equipment, bath rug stained) and better cleaning (we found hairs in the bathroom).
Hot and cold water in the shower are deregulated.
For the price we paid, not worth it
