La ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento, lo bien que lo tiene equipado con un diseño bonito.
Las zonas comunes del edificio dan mala imagen cuando pasas pero por suerte cuando llegas al apartamento te sorprendes para bien.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully equipped and situated in a prime location close to the beach. After a day enjoying South beach it was the perfect place to come home to for rest and recuperation. Cozy is the first word that comes to mind.
The host was also amazing, always available but never intrusive.
If you are looking for a small art deco inspired apartment that makes you feel more like a local resident than a tourist, look no further than this little treat!
The interior of the building was a little dated, the elevator was out of order and the carpets needed a quick vacuuming due to ongoing renovations. We knew about these issues before booking but chose to go because of the great value. We're glad we did!

First and foremost, I'd like to highlight the outstanding, unparalleled, and above-average communication with the property owner—we could count on her at any time, both for practical matters and for sound advice. The apartment's location is also paramount—15 meters from Ocean Drive, 100 meters from the center of Miami Beach, with its famous "I Love Miami Beach" landmark. This should satisfy even the pickiest guest. Further on, about 20 meters from the apartment, there's a multi-story public parking lot. For almost two days, we paid less than $36—the same as three hours at a similar parking lot in Washington. There are numerous shops and supermarkets nearby, and about 200 meters toward the center, there's a large Burlington store. It's impossible to find a more ideal location for this apartment. Although it seems intimate, it's perfectly adequate for four adults, and our hosts have taken care of every detail, including the kitchen and beds. If you're looking for a fantastic apartment at an affordable price and in a perfect location, look no further. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
