The location, the water was very hot,and the AC was good,and the staff was great.
Elevator didn't work had to walk up 3 flights wasn't the worst but I would of preferred an elevator .

Room were basic but clean
Beds were very squeaky, and bit on the firm side.
Lack of air-conditioning control, it seemed to be controlled somewhere else
