Perfect location close to everything

Just spent the weekend here with my boyfriend and we had an amazing stay. The hotel was conveniently located and right across the street from the beach and had plenty of places to eat within a 2 minute walk. The roof top pool has an amazing view of the beach as well. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. I will return very soon

5 stars, zero hesitation. We will be back! The Fritz Hotel at 524 Ocean Drive is one of those rare South Beach stays that actually delivers on the fantasy. You’re not in a giant tower staring at another tower. You’re on Ocean Drive itself, across from Lummus Park and the sand, with the Art Deco district humming right outside the door. Walk out in the morning and the beach is literally across the street. Walk out at night and you’re in the middle of the restaurants, people-watching, and energy that people fly to Miami for. Location this good usually costs twice as much. The rooms and suites are the other surprise. They’re not cramped hotel boxes. Many are apartment-style with real space, kitchenettes, and balconies that look toward the ocean and the palms. After a day on the sand you can actually stretch out, make coffee, and feel like you have a little place of your own instead of just a bed. Front desk and Manuel were quick, warm, and very helpful when we needed something last-minute. That’s not the default in this neighborhood. The rooftop pool and sundeck seal it. Ocean views, a place to reset after walking Ocean Drive, and that classic South Beach light at golden hour. It’s the kind of small, well-placed hotel that feels like a secret even though it’s sitting on one of the most famous streets in Florida. Previously we have visited Miami beach and stayed at Starlite as well as the Beacon, from now on this is where we will stay.
