Minnamurra Beach Bliss is a two storey property with the living space predominately located on the second storey, taking advantage of the views to Minnamurra River. Enter on the ground floor where you will find 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and laundry with washing machine. Continuing up the stairs, the property opens up into an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a magnificent north facing verandah with views to Minnamurra River. The large kitchen is equipped with a gas cook top and modern appliances. The master bedroom is on this level and features an ensuite with toilet and shower. There is an additional toilet on this level also. There is also a back terrace with gas BBQ. WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. What about outdoors? Minnamurra Beach Bliss is only minutes walk from the Minnamurra River. There is a surf beach and the bird sanctuary across the river. This area can be accessed via the sand bank at low tide. Staying warm or keeping cool? There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the open plan lounge area, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Being so close to the Minnamurra River, you can open the doors and windows to catch the breeze in the summer. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking for cars, boats etc? The property is located on the high side of the street to maximise views. It has a moderately steep driveway leading to the one car garage. There is additional street parking.
