The location and the mineral water are great! All the SPA facilities and the very polite staff made our stay really pleasant. The kids animation has also big importance.
The menu in the À la card restaurant could include different chooses for side dishes ( like salad or tomatoes ). We would love to have additional possibilities for hiking near by, suitable for kids.

Great food at breakfast and dinner! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities overall were really nice. The pool area was great too.
Not an easy stay for people with mobility issues. We had a lower-level, corner room and the room was dark. It was not an issue at all, but the stairs were a bit of a problem for my sister who has some mobility difficulties.

The pool was fairly clean and the water was at good temperature.
There are small broken things all over the place. Missing tiles on the driveway, exposed wires in the steam bath etc. The room felt old and not maintained compared to the photos. The food was eatable but nothing special.
