This newly renovated totally private unit is just a block off of Butler Street, the main strip with tons of restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. Bright & modern design features a queen bed and private bathroom. Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Free street parking. Perfect for savvy budget travelers who deserve quality stay. You will have your own private entrance with a patio to have your morning coffee or meditate accessible via the back alley.

Quaint. Relaxing. Effortlessly efficient. We enjoyed our stay. Easy to access with perfect directions. It provides you with the real spirit of Lawerenceville- an iconic ‘Burgh borough. Would be great for graduate students visiting the area.

Check-in is confusing because you go to the back door down this teeny walk way. The “outdoor” space is super tiny. You really don’t want to sit out there. The room is fine. No coffee in coffee bar. Lots of wear and tear on the room and bathroom. Shower is quite small. I messaged the host in case she hadn’t been there in a while and seen the damage but she stopped responding. It’s 15 min from Acrisure with light traffic. Just FYI. I don’t think it’s worth it, personally. But I know others have enjoyed their stay.
