About this condo rental

Nestled in Northstar Drive, this lovely condo for $749 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to The Residence at Northstar! Experience the ultimate convenience and luxury for your family ski vacation with a stay in our expansive 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom gem within an exclusive Members-only club, nestled in the heart of Northstar Village. Located just a stone's throw away from the Big Springs Gondola, you'll enjoy a hassle-free stay with no need to worry about driving. Simplify your getaway and make unforgettable memories with us! ***We have multiple listings. If you are interested in staying with us, please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate your dates if the dates aren't available on this calendar.*** You'll be staying about 100 steps from the Big Springs Gondola with no need to drive until you head home. Experience the family friendly atmosphere when you stay with us. Relax in your spacious residence or head out our front door to experience everything the Northstar Village has to offer. Watch movies or play games with the family in the open and bright living room or unwind in the privacy of your own bedroom with a flat screen TV. During your stay, you are invited to a daily, private, complimentary continental breakfast and come socialize after skiing at our complimentary Happy Hour each evening (excluding Wednesday's). We have multiple gas grills on our patio for guest use. We have a main floor locker room with ski storage, drying racks and boot dryers for guest use. When staying at the Northstar Club you'll gain access to the NPOA Rec Center behind our building which boasts a heated outdoor lap pool, 3 outdoor spas, a playground, and a gym. Your spacious residence has a fully appointed kitchen, family room with large flat screen TV and fireplace, and washer/dryer. In the living room, you'll have cable TV as well as complimentary designated high speed wireless internet throughout your residence. The residence sleeps 8 with three king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and has one bedroom with 2 twin beds. The maximum occupancy in the residence is 10. Rollaway beds are available for additional sleeping options. The main bedroom has a 5 piece bath with a large whirlpool tub. The additional bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and double vanity sinks. Housekeeping services are available on a daily basis to make beds, empty garbage and tidy up your space. The kitchens are fully appointed and equipped for a small family dinner or a larger holiday meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, 4 burner electric glass top stove, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, and all other cooking items either in your kitchen or available by request to the front desk. We offer complimentary parking for one car in our temperature controlled ground floor parking garage and another complimentary space (first come, first serve) behind our building. Parking passes are available at the front desk upon arrival. We strive to make your family vacation memorable with a front desk staff available to assist with your every need whether it be reservations at local restaurants or finding a babysitter for an evening out. ** Please note: floor plans may vary, but everything listed above is standard in each residence

Well maintained property with access to superb recreation center including huge pool; workout facility; multiple hot tubs; lap pool for adults; small playground; crafts for kids set among beautiful pines adjacent to restaurants and shops and lifts/gondolas of Northstar Village with skating rink and mountain biking and hiking. Short drive to Lake Tahoe and Truckee, as well as multiple beautiful and challenging golf courses. Great family vacation with complimentary breakfast and happy hour every day, even in Summer! Would book again.
