Located in San Jaime Mediterráneo, this lovely house for $500 per night is a great option for your next trip. This villa in Son Bou is an elegant 3 bedroom property with stunning panoramic sea views. The house has spacious communal areas, including a living room with large windows offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable (AC). There is a large terrace with a swimming pool, and areas for sunbathing and enjoying the scenery. The location of the villa is privileged, in a quiet area of Son Bou, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay. Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearics (2.5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas on the island has developed along it. Here you will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding routes and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends. Just 7 kilometres from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahon, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and its fun evenings on one of its terraces. Additional sets available for a charge of 5€/night per set Please note that some furniture may be replaced every season. Please make yourself at home. Respect the nature, do not throw trash into gardens or nature. No Smoking inside the house. Parties or Events only with previous permission. Pets are not allowed. Respect the Check-in and Check-out times. Earlier Checkin or later Checkout only possible with explicit permission. One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay. Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests Please treat the house as if it’s your own. 300€/500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. We loved our stay near Son Bou at Villa Calma. We arrived late in the evening due to flight schedules, but the check-in process was so easy that it was no problem at all. The property and views were gorgeous. If you are fit enough to walk up and down hills, the beach and the restaurants are all reachable on foot. We had a great time and definitely plan to return
