Check in process was easy. Location was in the center of town. Room was cozy. AC worked wonderfully.

Not much i didn't like

The rooms were very clean, and having Peet’s Coffee in the room was a wonderful touch. Check-in was fast, smooth, and well-coordinated by the receptionist. I needed to shorten my stay by one day due to a schedule change, and Tayler handled the update effortlessly -- 10 out of 10 customer service for that! Key Highlights: Convenience: Parking is right in front of the room, making unloading luggage super easy. Location: Excellent position for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park. Plus, there is a great breakfast spot right next door and a large grocery store directly across the street. Value: Competitive room rates compared to other options in the area.

Although our agreed checkout time was 11:00 AM, a staff member knocked on our door at 10:00 AM to give a somewhat rude reminder. It would be much better if staff simply checked in politely to see if guests are on track for the 11:00 AM departure with a gentle reminder instead. I overlooked it because the rest of the staff was so wonderful, but it is an area that could definitely be handled with more care.

I thought it was quite pricey for where it is, but I am familiar with area, as I used to live there. I had come from Carson City where I stayed at Hampton Inn for $169 a night, but like I said, I used to live in Chester, so I get it as far as the tourism season goes. Winters can be pretty rough on businesses in the area. Still, almost $300 a night is a bit steep, no complaint about the room, really.

Our room was really clean in the location was right in the middle of Chester California.

The check-in experience was just OK. The end keeper could not provide us. Any suggestions for places to eat that were open. The room was really hot. We could never get it to cool down. The shower faucet handle was barely hanging on. Our bed was really not very comfortable at all. For the money that we paid this was a less stellar place.
