-The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the gardens and flowers are very well maintained.
-Nadir does his best, with the resources available to him, to meet our needs. 😞
- we enjoyed preparing our apéro dînatoire in the downstairs kitchen
- there are 2 buildings for Sofia Ada : on the left it’s new and it’s for Russian clients . On the right, it’s old and it’s for the other nationalities (turkish included). This discrimination was a choc for me and inacceptable because we pay exactly the same price per night.
-our room was old and the rusty pipes and the unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the bathroom were disgusting.
- The owner could make a small effort by providing a toilet paper holder, even though we couldn’t find a suitable place for our soap.
- the mattress was not comfortable.
The hotel is clearly understaffed, with only Nadir and his wife taking care of everything. When we arrived, Nadir took one of our suitcases, and we initially thought he was a porter because he didn’t say anything. The welcome was neither warm nor professional, simply because hospitality is not his profession. My husband didn’t want to make a fuss, as ultimately, Nadir is not responsible for this situation.
We find this situation quite shameful for the owner. During our stay, we visited other hotels nearby and saw that they offered much more respect and consideration to both their guests and their employees.

Un paradiso incontaminato sito nella baia di Fethiye, lontano dal caos della città. Un'isola dotata di ristoranti e di acqua cristallina pienissima di pesci , dove poter fare immersioni. Un posto unico, da visitare assolutamente, almeno una volta nella vita come La Mecca. La struttura è dotata anche di piscina. Si ha disposizione un ampissimo giardino. Poichè non c'era nessuno mi hanno anche fatto l'upgrade della stanza. Avevo una visuale da paura sulla baia di Fethiye. Il tramonto e l'alba sono unici in questo posto. Il tramonto con il sole rosso di Fethiye è qualcosa di indescrivibile. Nella struttura sono gentilissimi. La colazione è immensa. È possibile anche pranzare e cenare, scegliendo tra diversi menù. L'ultimo giorno dovevo andare via presto e non potevo fare la colazione, mi hanno preparato un pacco con il cibo che ho potuto consumare in aeroporto senza dover comprare colazione lì. Ho viaggiato molto e mai nessuna struttura mi ha preparato la colazione da portare via. Un lungo eccezionale dove vivono persone eccezionali. Ci tornerò sicuramente presto.

Everythng was perfect. The location is perfect with stunning view and very quiet and peaceful. The beach was perfect, I enjoyed snorkeling and paddling. The rooms are always clean, with stunning views. The staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful.
The only thing that is slightly an issue is having to take a boat daily from and to the island. It wasnt a bog of a stress to be honest. All you need to do is to manage it properly. Boats are available round the clock and you just need to call 10mins before.

The location is amazing. The island does not have any cars and is only accessible via water taxi which means it is quiet. We were upgraded to a room with a sea view which was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean on arrival. Nodir was very helpful although we had a problem communicating and had to use translation apps. The area next to the sea is lovely for sunbathing and we used the 2 paddle boards to paddle around the island (you have to do this early in the morning before the wind picks up and the sea gets choppy).
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Yana was helpful and organised a taxi for us back to the airport.
The furniture in the room could have been better (the chest of drawers especially).
Our room wasn't serviced on our second day until we contacted Yana and again not serviced on the 3rd day although we had put out the door hanger to request it to be.
The bar could be better stocked (especially as there are no shops on the island). It would have been nice to have relaxed on the decking with a gin and tonic!
Although there were cups and tea and coffee in the room, there was no kettle.
There is no reception so communication is all done by WhatsApp .
