Situated in North Forest Beach, this charming condo for $340 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. During our first trip, we fell in love with Hilton Head. We rode our bikes for miles on the paths throughout Shipyard, passed the huge oak trees with dangling Spanish moss and on the long, wide beaches unique to Hilton Head. There’s golf and tennis, with wonderful restaurants all within a short distance. Once you visit, I’m sure you’ll feel the same. Evian is in the Shipyard property. Not overbuilt, easy access to the beach, and close to many favorite restaurants, great shopping, golf courses and tennis. There's also the world class Indigo Day Spa. Our villa is a popular second floor, end unit, with cathedral ceilings, large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in shower, large windows providing a view of the golf course, beautiful deck with lots of seating and a shady, wooded lot. The kitchen is new with brand new GE appliances along with new flooring throughout the villa. Most of the furniture is new too including the beautiful king size bed in the second hall bedroom. The swimming pool is a great place to relax with the kids and family and take in the wildlife viewing in the nearby lagoon. There's also 27 holes of golf available at the Heritage Golf Collection at significantly reduced fees including the Clipper, Galleon and Brigantine Courses. Our beautiful second floor villa is in demand for many reasons some of which are the single floor living space and the proximity to the Evian pool, beach and lighted tennis courts. There’s plenty of parking in the parking in the Evian parking area right outside our door. Plus, being in Shipyard you’re close to grocery stores, restaurants and famous shopping areas. Our Evian villa has direct access to the beach and miles of biking or walking trails. Take advantage of the 4 bikes at the property to use for free while there!

Good location in shipyard, short bike ride to beach, everything you could ask for in a beach villa! Clean, well appointed. Owner Cheryl was very accommodating and quick to communicate! Can’t beat the beaches of HHI!

3 of us stayed the week of Labor Day, and had not vacationed at Hilton Head before. 105 Evian is in a nice secluded area of the island, but close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. We made good use of the pool, which is a short walk away. The bikes were in good shape. This villa is large enough for at least 5 people. It appears to be well taken care of. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Weather was fantastic! The condo was close to the pool which was convenient. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of amenities including two bikes that we used a lot. The kitchen could use a little updating, but was well stocked. We arrived after a 12 hour drive at 6 pm only to find that the condo had not been cleaned. Sam was quick to respond and a service arrived within 20 minutes and cleaned the whole condo in 1/2 hour while we waited on the deck. We are frequent visitors to HHI and normally stay in Palmetto Dunes, this was our first time at Shipyard.

Everything you might need is provided in this home-away-from-home. Bikes, grill, beach toys, and every convenience. It's all there and in good working order in a well-decorated condo. We can't wait to return.

Comfortable bed and couches. Very clean. Close to pool, though quite frigid in April. Bike paths easy to navigate. Beach takes ~20 minutes to walk, but in off season there were close parking available. Nice variety of cooking and baking dishes. A few suggestions: 1) oven mitts without holes...burned my thumb; 2) trailers are not allowed to park here. I wish this would have been stated on the website. With a large family traveling from New England, we brought a trailer to haul our beach gear, luggage, etc. We ended up having to rent a storage facility for our trailer. It just would have been nice to know so we could have planned accordingly.

Everything was great during our stay in this home: very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Easy heck-in/check out. The gated neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The owner provided two decent beach cruiser bikes plus direction and discount to rent more if needed - with free delivery/pick up right from the door it was super helpful!

My mom, dad, husband and I stayed here for approximately a week. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable! We highly recommend! The host was available when we had questions and was very hospitable! Check in and check out was super easy. We will be staying again someday!

Upon arrival place was not clean. I could tell Sam the owner was not pleased with this and I sent him pictures. Within 2 hrs someone came and cleaned all kitchen floor dining are and Vacuumed the living room. Now it was all good after this mishap right at the beginning. Place has plenty of room nice decks around back. Great BBQ gas to cook whatever. Kitchen had all the things required but definitely needs an update. Both bathrooms looked recently updated and the walk in shower was nice. Sam gave us easy to follow instructions for the TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. We only used one bedroom as it was just two of us. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home to anyone looking for a good stay. Beach close, pool even closer, but extremely cold outdoor pool. But fun I'm sure for younger ones. All in all a very pleasant stay and Sam was very prompt with any questions.

My husband and I booked Sam's place last minute, and are happy that we did! This spot is a very great location in the Evian community (and Hilton Head in general). The pool is in walking distance and the beach access at Shipyard is a short drive away. We took advantage of the board games and puzzles and enjoyed the restaurant suggestions provided which made it a little easier to choose where to eat dinner. This was the 1st of many trips to Hilton Head and understand why people fall in love with life on the HHI. We look forward to going back in the future!

My family and I really loved this property in Hilton Head! The condo was very spacious for our family of four. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable! The outdoor deck was a great place to unwind at night. Easy and beautiful bike to the beach. We also loved being close to the Shelter Cove Marina where we did some fun excursions with Outside Hilton Head. Owner was very responsive. We hope to be back!

My husband and two boys (ages 11 and 14) just returned from a week here. We had a great time. Really enjoyed the bikes provided and all of the biking paths. Loved how close the villa was to the pool and tennis courts. Everything was just as described in the listing and very clean!! A bike ride to the beach is fine if you don’t plan to take a lot of stuff. It’s about a ten minute bike ride. We decided to drive up (gotta go early, like by 9 am to get a spot in the Shipyard lot) because we had our chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc. I have to say that the mattress in the master bedroom is THE most comfortable one we have ever experienced on vacation! Loved that! Bring some games and spend some great family time here at HHI! I did a puzzle and left it behind for others to do, too! Enjoy your time here. You won’t regret booking this villa!
