Our basement suite is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to nature (forest within walking distance). Our suite has a bedroom with walk in closet, livingroom, full kitchen, full bathroom and washer and dryer.

An easy park spot right beside the entry door. Look at the pic to show exact.A very nice,spacious, clean, basement suite, (tip, bring earplugs, it is a basement suite, assuming owners live above, not loud, but you can hear walking). Kitchen is setup with everything you need. Very comfortable bed!! Nice variety of pillows. The area/location is excellent, right beside a beautiful forest. We went for a walk down a no thru road, very pretty. Very quiet location. Would stay again if need be in the area.

This rental is a wonderful little home away from home. It is exactly as listed and has everything you could possibly need. I also really liked the location as it was close to everything I needed.
