The reception staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He kindly helped me carry my luggage from the ground floor all the way to the top floor and assisted me with the key. I really appreciated his warm hospitality and excellent service.
The bathroom fixtures, including the soap holder, faucet, and shower unit, are deteriorated and affect the overall impression of the bathroom. In addition, one of the furniture with drawers obstructs access to the bathroom, causing inconvenience and making the space less comfortable to use. The electrical fan was too small for a 3-bed room during hot summer, also visibly dirty and would benefit from thorough cleaning.
