Location was exvellent, as we neefed it near the tennis and oposite beach but also at the quieter end of the sea front. Convenient parking close by. Room was very spacious, nice big bed and everything was nice and clean. Staff on reception were brilliant very helpful and obliging so a big thank you to them. A minor comment is that bathroom had no blinds, so got very hot un there due to direct sun pouring in so a bit uncomfortable in there but not a big issue. I still give them a 10/ 10 and will definitely stay there again next year and any other time we visit eastbourne which is quite frequently.
Not a dislike but more a suggrstion for improving: Bathroom could do with a blind / curtain to keeo room cool as in very hot weather room got extremely hot. A mini icebox/ fridge in room would be fantastic.

Absolutely filthy carpets and bathroom. No door handle on bathroom door. Lift not working.
