All excellent and lovely staff. Only reason for slight down tick was that single bed was too short for me - I am 6' 5"!

The hotel decor was really lovely and the room that we stayed in was very spacious. The lounge area again had lovely decor, nice furnishings and a great snack/bar area where you could chill out. Breakfast was good and it was nice to be able to get good ground decaf coffee instead of the packaged sachets that most places offer. Close to the seafront. We only stayed for one night and we had dinner in the local Italian, which was a few minutes walk away. Very good food and received a discount when mentioning we were staying at the Sheldon. The staff were very nice and helplful. CK the dog was a real hit with the kids also. I almost forgot, if you are staying with young children the hotel offers a childrens corner with books/games/activities etc. Really handy to keep everyone happy 😀. Would love to visit again in the future.
If I was being picky the shower head wasn't particularly great. It was either a jet or a trickle and no in between. Having said that it still done the job.

Great breakfast. Adorable property from top to bottom. Super friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean room. Coffee and tea available all day long. Super sweet dog. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
View of parking lot from family room wasn't ideal but not a deal breaker.
