It's location which was very good for accessing the old part of the city, the cathedral and museum. It was also close to a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants
Not the owners fault but some of the other guests were very noisy late at night paying little attention to the quiet hours stated in the guest handbook

Hello, I have stayed here a few times, It's one of my favourites.
The place has a nice calm feel to it.
The roof terrace is great.

Great location!!!
We were the only ones there for the first few nights, and it wasn’t too noisy otherwise. We utilised the lockers on the last day, which was a benefit.
There were ants all over the bedroom, on the bed and all over the floor. The toilet kept not flushing so you’d have to take the top off and reconnect the plunger, other guests didn’t know how to fix it so there were several time we went to the bathroom and there was surprises in the toilet for us (totally not the guests fault at all).
We did not have any blinds in our room only sheer pieces of fabric. We WhatsApped the owners straight away and they replied saying they’d never had this issue before. We were annoyed as the balcony is shared and anyone could see straight into our room along with the library across the street. We did speak to other parties staying here all of which did have blinds so it seems they had been broken, removed and not replaced.
