The crew was perfect. Everything was clean and on spot. The location is close to city center only by 5 minutes walk.

This was my first ever hostel experience, I travel soll a lot but have never felt comfortable to book an hostel. But I went to Faro to watch a concert and didn’t have much of a choice so I just booked it and honestly, Hostellicious completely exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect going into it, but I absolutely loved my stay … so much so that I think my expectations for every hostel after this are now going to be completely skewed!
The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was great, and I met some really cool people during my stay. I felt comfortable, relaxed and genuinely enjoyed being there.
I visit Faro quite often, so it’s really nice knowing that I now have somewhere I’ll happily come back to again and again. Hostellicious will definitely be my go-to place to stay in Faro. Thank you for making my first hostel experience such a good one ❤️
The only small thing I’d mention is that the kitchen closes at 11pm. I completely understand why, and it really wasn’t a big issue at all, but it would be nice to have a small kitchenette area available later in the evening, even just somewhere to make noodles or a quick snack after a late night. Definitely not something that affected my stay, just a little extra that could be useful.

Maybe I did not read the reviews carefully but I would not choose the dorm room again. It's a hostel that puts the maximum number of people in the minimum space possible.
It does not matter what you do, a room without windows, one Aircon will smell bad and you will feel uncomfortable.
I'm glad I stayed only 5h ....I could stay more.
I just didn't like the vibes. Not my type of hostel, but I might be subjective.
Note: there is no elevator and plenty of steep stairs so have it in mind.
No hot water if you arrive late (23.00)
