What a place. This was my first hostel experience and I think it will take some beating. Speaking to fellow solo backpackers who were far more experienced travellers than myself were saying the same thing, that says a lot. From taking my first steps into Madalena to saying my farewells it was a beautiful experience. I don’t have enough room below to explain everything but trust me this is where you want to be.
