Everything was great. The accommodation is located in a quiet but slightly worn-down neighbourhood, with a store relatively close by. The apartment was clean, including the shared bathroom, which was a big plus. The air conditioning also worked really well, which was especially nice.
Not every room has its own terrace, but luckily ours did, and we really appreciated having it.
When we arrived, they had left us some water, coffee, and tea filters, which was a nice touch. They also gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage at the apartment before check-in, as we arrived in the morning.
Communication with the host was quick and easy, although sometimes it seemed like they didn’t quite understand my English messages.

modern shared kitchen — compact, well lit, and with plenty of fridge space for personal items.
comfortable bedroom — a good size, with blackout electric blinds, effective air‑conditioning, and ample storage for clothing.
well‑maintained shared bathrooms — both were bright, and the shower offered two head options (portable handheld and large overhead).
pleasant dining area — the shared dining space was cute, cosy, and nicely lit.
limited kitchen space — it would benefit from a larger, better‑equipped kitchen.
no dedicated dining area outdoors — a small dining setup on the terrace would make the space far more usable.
inconvenient lighting — more manual light switches and fewer motion‑activated lights would improve comfort.
poor sound insulation — noise travelled easily between rooms.
price–quality mismatch — the cost felt high compared with the overall standard of the accommodation.

The location is good, only 8 minutes by foot from the city centre.
It was very dirty. There were lots of hair lying on the floor, everything was dusty. The bed covers were also not clean. Also, usually properties write in the heading of the room when there is a shared bathroom. Here they write that the room features free toiletries and only if you click on the room description you can see that there is a shared bathroom.
