If it only came down to the staff, service and style, this hotel would be an easy 10/10 for us. It’s a beautiful and very cool place to stay. The room design is unique, and we loved the piped music throughout the building. The upstairs pool area with rooftop views and bar, was a really pleasant space to have breakfast every morning. The staff were always super friendly, happy to assist and made us feel very welcome. I also loved the robes provide, so much so that I ended up buying one to take home from the shop downstairs.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep for the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay because of the constant loud motorbike noise from the main road, as we were staying at the front of the property. There didn’t appear to be much soundproofing, and the noise was very noticeable throughout the night. I'd imagine its something that would be difficult to fix. We spoke with reception, and they were very apologetic and happy to arrange for us to move to a much quieter room on that day, where we slept very well. We really appreciated how they handled the situation, and wish we'd raised the problem earlier. We wanted to love this hotel, but losing the first two nights of sleep unfortunately spoiled the experience. I would definitely request a room at the back of the property if possible. Also, the bed and chairs were not easy to climb in and out of, it felt like design came before function, but we still really liked the overall character of the hotel. I would stay here again, in the right room.

Rooms had Innovative interior design.
Poolside restaurant had a nice layout and breakfast was very good.
Location of a future branch may be better at Sanur.
The staircase to the room in the upper floor should have more lighting and a handrail specifically for seniors. OR for senior guests, they should only be assigned at the ground floor.

Everything, modern, clean. Rooftop pool & breakfast was great.
My room was on street side so noisy however they give you earplugs. Not a real problem for me however may bother others.

The aesthetics looked great for a small boutique hotel
We booked one of the better and bigger roomed, paid more but it was right next to the road… we couldn’t sleep as the sounds of the road and cars were incredibly loud. We were lucky they swapped us to another room but it ended up being much smaller..
unfortunately in the smaller room, the aircon was leaking and the water leaked all over our clothes and bag.
The rooms were also incredibly dark, which is fantastic aesthetically but practically, wasn’t ideal
